Mouse Somatoliberin (Ghrh) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant mouse somatoliberin.

Sensitivity is 0.195 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.39-25 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.2% and inter-assay CV is 8.8%.

Somatoliberin is a secreted hypothalamic peptide that acts on the adenohypophysis to stimulate growth hormone secretion and belongs to the glucagon family. The associated UniProt accession is P16043 (NCBI Gene ID: 14601; molecular weight 12,064 Da).
