Mouse SOCS3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 3 (SOCS3) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is a double-antibody sandwich format with reactivity limited to mouse samples.

Linearity is reported across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 as follows: 85–104%, 92–97%, and 89–105% for serum (n = 5); 92–97%, 90–101%, and 83–100% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 83–96%, 83–94%, and 87–101% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery averages are 95% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The assay protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Sample-specific preparation guidance is provided for serum (clotting, centrifugation at 1000 × g for 20 minutes), plasma (anticoagulant tubes, centrifugation at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C), tissue homogenate, cell culture supernatant (centrifugation at 2500 rpm for 5 minutes), and cell lysate.
