Mouse SOCS1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 1 (SOCS1) in mouse samples. SOCS1 is described in the product literature as a key regulator of immune responses and inflammation, modulating cytokine signaling pathways, and its dysregulation has been implicated in various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing a tool for research into immune regulation in mouse models.

It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. All components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data include linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery ranges of 87–94% (serum, average 90%), 85–105% (EDTA plasma, average 95%) and 86–103% (heparin plasma, average 96%). The protocol involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes, and TMB color development for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
