Mouse Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein E (Snrpe) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein E (SNRPE), also known as Sm protein E, Sm-E and snRNP-E. The colorimetric, sandwich-format assay reacts with mouse samples and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086ng/mL, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse SNRPE. SNRPE is a core component of the spliceosomal U1, U2, U4 and U5 small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs), contributing to the heptameric Sm protein ring that forms the spliceosome, and is additionally a constituent of the U7 snRNP involved in histone 3'-end processing. The target maps to UniProt P62305 and NCBI Gene ID 20643, with a reported molecular weight of 10,804 Da. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery data are supplied with the kit.
