Mouse Sirt3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Sirt3 (SIRT3) concentrations in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, and supports research into mitochondrial function, metabolic disease, and aging-related pathologies.

SIRT3 is a soluble mitochondrial NAD-dependent protein deacetylase that activates metabolic regulators including isocitrate dehydrogenase 2, and its dysregulation has been linked to age-related and metabolic disorders. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit has a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Spiked-sample recovery averages 98% in serum (range 87-103%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 87-104%), and 91% in UFH plasma (range 85-96%); serial-dilution linearity spans 80-105% across these matrices. Intra-assay CV is reported as <8% and inter-assay CV as <10%. The kit is supplied with a dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, dilution buffers, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer, with storage at 4°C for 6 months.
