Mouse Signal transducer and transcription activator 6 (Stat6) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this ELISA kit is designed for the quantification of mouse Signal transducer and transcription activator 6 (STAT6) in research samples. The assay is reactive with mouse and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. STAT6 is a dual-function protein that carries out signal transduction and activation of transcription, and is involved in IL-4/interleukin-4- and IL-3/interleukin-3-mediated signaling. The kit is specific to natural and recombinant mouse STAT6 and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 1.56-100 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.67 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Average recovery is 110% for serum (range 104-116%) and 112% for plasma (range 106-118%).
