Mouse Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5B (Stat5b) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5B (Stat5b) in mouse samples. The kit is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.78ng/mL. Precision is characterized by an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16) in serum (109-119%, 108-118%, 97-106% and 98-111%), EDTA plasma (94-104%, 102-112%, 98-108% and 102-112%) and heparin plasma (102-112%, 105-117%, 111-120% and 101-110%). Recovery values average 84% (range 80-90%) for serum and 86% (range 80-92%) for plasma. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse STAT5B.

STAT5B is a transcription factor that carries out a dual function of signal transduction and activation of transcription, mediating cellular responses to the cytokine KITLG/SCF and other growth factors. It binds the GAS element and activates PRL-induced transcription, and positively regulates hematopoietic/erythroid differentiation. The kit is intended for research use only.
