Mouse Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (Stat3) ELISA Kit

STAT3 is a vital transcription factor that regulates cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, and survival, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders. The Assay Genie Mouse STAT3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format assay designed to measure levels of Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and cell lysates. Also known by the synonyms Acute-phase response factor and Aprf, the assay detects both natural and recombinant mouse STAT3.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.171 ng/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 (N=5), with recovery averaging 84% (range 80–90%) for serum and 86% (range 80–92%) for plasma.
