Mouse sIgA (Secretory Immunoglobulin A) CLIA Kit (MOES00524)

A chemiluminescence immunoassay from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Secretory Immunoglobulin A (sIgA). The kit uses a Sandwich-CLIA principle in which standards or samples are added to a micro CLIA plate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse sIgA. A biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are then added sequentially. After unbound components are washed away, substrate solution is added and the Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer; the RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse sIgA in the sample.

The total assay time is 3.5h. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma and other biological fluids with a sample volume of 100 μL. Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL and the detection range is 31.25–2000 pg/mL. According to the manufacturer, the kit recognizes Mouse sIgA in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse sIgA and analogues observed. Reproducibility is reported as both intra-CV and inter-CV < 15%.
