Mouse ShhN PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1526)

Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) is a morphogen critical for embryonic patterning, neural tube development, and tissue homeostasis, with the N-terminal fragment (ShhN) responsible for receptor binding and downstream Hedgehog pathway signaling through the Ptch1 and Smoothened receptors. The Mouse ShhN ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures this signaling peptide in mouse-derived samples.

Built on a dual-antibody recognition format, the assay is calibrated against the mouse ShhN peptide using antibody pairs directed at species-specific epitopes within the N-terminal signaling domain. The kit is validated across cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, tissue lysate, plasma samples, and serum samples, supporting studies in developmental biology, cancer signaling research, and regenerative medicine workflows.
