Mouse sFRP-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1524)

Quantitative detection of mouse secreted Frizzled-Related Protein 3 (sFRP-3, also known as FRZB) is delivered by this PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie, supporting research into Wnt/β-catenin pathway regulation. sFRP-3 acts as a soluble antagonist that sequesters Wnt ligands through its N-terminal cysteine-rich domain, modulating downstream signaling in chondrogenesis, osteogenesis, limb and eye development, and tumor microenvironments. The kit is configured for measuring endogenous sFRP-3 in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, and is intended for in vitro research use only. Each kit contains pre-coated microplate wells, lyophilized recombinant mouse sFRP-3 reference standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and wash and assay buffers supplied in individual vials.
