Mouse Sestrin 3/SESN3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double-antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Sestrin 3 (SESN3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. SESN3 is a stress-response protein involved in regulating metabolism, autophagy, and inflammation, and is studied in the context of metabolic disorders, cancer, and aging.

Reported linearity values are: serum (n=5) 89-104% at 1:2, 89-102% at 1:4, and 85-103% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) 82-100%, 82-93% and 85-96%; and heparin plasma (n=5) 84-98%, 80-98% and 86-100%. Average spike-and-recovery values are 92% in serum, 97% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma.
