Quantitative measurement of Sestrin 3 (SESN3) in mouse samples is supported by this colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie, built around research into stress-responsive signaling pathways, oxidative stress responses, autophagy regulation, and metabolic homeostasis. SESN3 is one of three sestrin family members (SESN1, SESN2, SESN3) that link metabolic cues to AMPK activation and mTORC1 inhibition, and altered SESN3 expression has been documented in murine models of obesity, insulin resistance, and aging.

The kit is supplied in a microplate format providing 96 assays per box, with reagents sufficient for quantitative protein detection in tissue homogenates and other mouse-derived sample inputs. Compatible applications include in vitro cell culture experiments, western blot validation, PCR-mRNA correlation studies, and chromatography-based fractionation workflows, making the kit a flexible tool for laboratories studying sestrin biology. Each kit ships with pre-coated wells and the detection components required to perform the immunoassay, and is labeled for research use only.

Mouse reactivity is confirmed, so the assay can be applied to lysates from cultured murine cells as well as dissected mouse tissues. Researchers investigating exercise-induced sestrin expression, neurodegeneration-related stress signaling, or hepatic and skeletal muscle metabolic adaptation will find this product useful as a quantitative readout of SESN3 protein abundance. The complete kit format reduces preparation time and supports reproducible interassay comparison across experiments.
