Mouse Sestrin-1 (Sesn1) ELISA Kit

With a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.166 ng/mL, the kit supports quantification of SESN1 in studies of cellular metabolism, oxidative stress, and disease mechanisms. Sestrin-1 is a stress-inducible metabolic regulator that functions as an intracellular leucine sensor, negatively regulating the TORC1 signaling pathway through the GATOR complex. It is implicated in metabolic disorders, aging, cancer, obesity, and neurodegenerative disorders, and is described as playing a role in protection against oxidative and genotoxic stresses. The protein is located in the nucleus and cytoplasm, with UniProt accession P58006. Known synonyms include Pa26 and Sest1.
