Mouse Serum paraoxonase/lactonase 3 (Pon3) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this sandwich-format immunoassay enables quantitative detection of mouse Serum paraoxonase/lactonase 3 (PON3). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse PON3.

PON3 is a secreted extracellular homodimer belonging to the paraoxonase family and is implicated in lipid metabolism, oxidative stress protection and inflammatory processes. The kit delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.161ng/mL. Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.6%. Recovery averages 104% in serum (range 98-110%) and 106% in plasma (range 100-112%). Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
