Mouse Serum amyloid A-1 protein (Saa1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of mouse Serum Amyloid A-1 protein (SAA1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse SAA1 and offers high sensitivity and reproducibility for research into the acute-phase response, inflammation, inflammatory disorders, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Using colorimetric detection, the kit delivers a detection range of 7.8-500 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 4 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.4% and inter-assay CV is 7.8%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery averages 89% in serum (range 83-95%) and 91% in plasma (range 85-97%).
