Mouse Serpin B13 (Serpinb13) ELISA Kit

The assay has a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.319ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 8.2% and inter-assay CV is 10.1%. Linearity has been validated for serum (94-106% to 115-125% across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16), EDTA plasma (106-115% to 102-112%), and heparin plasma (110-119% to 102-111%). Recovery averages 91% for serum (range 85-97%) and 93% for plasma (range 87-99%). The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Serpin B13.

SerpinB13 is a serine protease inhibitor involved in regulating inflammation, immune response, and blood coagulation, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, autoimmune disorders, and thrombotic conditions. The protein has a molecular weight of 19,935 Da (UniProt Q8CDC0), is localized to the cytoplasm, and may play a role in keratinocyte proliferation or differentiation.
