Mouse Serine/threonine-protein kinase SIK1 (Sik1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie using a colorimetric detection method, designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Serine/threonine-protein kinase SIK1. It reacts with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids as input.

The assay reports a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.048ng/mL. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse SIK1 (UniProt Q60670), a cytoplasmic and nuclear serine/threonine kinase involved in cell cycle regulation, gluconeogenesis, lipogenesis, muscle growth and differentiation, and tumor suppression, including a documented role in p53/TP53-dependent anoikis. Linearity has been characterised across serum (89-99%, 105-114%, 83-93%, 101-112% at sample dilutions 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16), EDTA plasma (93-105%, 86-94%, 99-108%, 93-103%) and heparin plasma (100-110%, 99-109%, 105-115%, 97-107%).
