Mouse Serine/threonine-protein kinase Sgk2 (Sgk2) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate detection of Serine/threonine-protein kinase Sgk2 in mouse samples, this ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use. SGK2 is a member of the serum/glucocorticoid-regulated kinase family that regulates cell growth, survival, and proliferation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders. The assay measures natural and recombinant mouse SGK2, with the target localized to the cytoplasm and nucleus.

The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. It delivers a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.415ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 5.4% and inter-assay CV of 7.1%. Recovery is 80% (range 80-85%) in serum and 81% (range 80-87%) in plasma. Linearity has been established across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
