Mouse Serine/threonine-protein kinase mTOR (Mtor) ELISA Kit

The assay applies a sandwich enzyme immunoassay principle: the microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to mouse mTOR, and detection is achieved with a biotin-conjugated antibody, streptavidin-HRP and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. mTOR is a key regulatory protein involved in cellular processes such as cell growth, proliferation and metabolism, and dysregulation of mTOR signalling is associated with cancer, diabetes and neurological disorders.
