Mouse Serine protease inhibitor A3N (Serpina3n) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Serine protease inhibitor A3N (Serpina3n), this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables accurate detection in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for both natural and recombinant mouse Serpina3n, also referenced by the synonyms Serpin A3N and Spi2.

Performance is characterised by a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery averages 93% (range 87–99%) for serum and 95% (range 89–101%) for plasma.

Serpina3n is a secreted serine protease inhibitor belonging to the serpin family, implicated in responses to cytokine and peptide hormone stimuli. The kit is intended for research use only.
