Mouse Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2 (Srsf2) ELISA Kit

The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids (S1, S2). It operates over a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.091 ng/mL, and precision is reported as a 6.4% intra-assay CV and an 8.5% inter-assay CV (S1, S2). Linearity has been evaluated across 1:2–1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma; recovery averages 84% for serum (range 80–90%) and 86% for plasma (range 80–92%) (S1, S2). The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse SRSF2 (UniProt Q62093) and is supplied for research use only (S1, S2).
