Mouse SEPP1 (Selenoprotein P) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantification of selenoprotein P (SEPP1) levels in mouse samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the assay is reactive against mouse SEPP1 and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Selenoprotein P is a key protein involved in selenium transport and metabolism, contributing to extracellular antioxidant defence and immune function. Validation data include linearity across serum (n = 5) at 97–103%, 92–99%, and 92–100% for 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, EDTA plasma (n = 5) at 89–105%, 94–98%, and 90–99%, and heparin plasma (n = 5) at 89–105%, 95–100%, and 90–95%.
