Mouse Semaphorin 3A/SEMA3A ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Semaphorin 3A (Sema3A) in mouse samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, offering a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting a broad range of preclinical research applications. Sema3A is a key member of the semaphorin family of proteins, playing critical roles in neuronal development, immune responses, and angiogenesis, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, autoimmune diseases, and neurological conditions.

Linearity in serum (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 99–104%, 87–98% and 82–96%, respectively; EDTA plasma shows 82–97%, 85–99% and 89–99%; and heparin plasma shows 89–103%, 82–99% and 82–101%. Recovery averages are 95% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma. The assay uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
