Mouse Selectin, Leukocyte (SELL) ELISA Kit

L-selectin is a leukocyte cell adhesion molecule expressed on most circulating leukocytes that mediates the initial tethering and rolling of lymphocytes along inflamed vascular endothelium and directs homing to peripheral lymph nodes via high endothelial venules. Measurement of soluble L-selectin and shed ectodomain fragments in mouse samples supports research into acute and chronic inflammation, neutrophil and lymphocyte trafficking, autoimmune models including experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis and collagen-induced arthritis, allograft rejection, sepsis pathophysiology, and cutaneous wound repair.
