Mouse Secretogranin-3 (Scg3) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, this kit is designed for the quantification of Secretogranin-3 (Scg3) — also referred to as Secretogranin III or SgIII — in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay specifically recognizes natural and recombinant mouse Secretogranin-3 and is suited to Epigenetics research applications; for research use only.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. In spiked recovery testing, serum returned an average of 100% (range 94–106%) and plasma 102% (range 96–108%).

The target protein interacts with CHGA, an interaction reported as optimal at pH 5.5 with 10 mM Ca²⁺, supporting studies of secretory granule biology and neuroendocrine function.
