Mouse Secreted frizzled-related protein 1 (Sfrp1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mouse Secreted frizzled-related protein 1 (SFRP1), a modulator of Wnt signaling involved in development, tissue regeneration and disease processes including cancer. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant forms of the target (synonym sFRP-1; UniProt Q8C4U3).

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.082ng/mL. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV of 6.4% and inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recovery averaging 80% (range 80-86%) in serum and 82% (range 80-88%) in plasma.
