Mouse SDF4/Stromal Cell Derived Factor 4 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Stromal Cell Derived Factor 4 (SDF4). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is reactive with mouse samples, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data include linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. For serum (n=5), linearity ranges are 85–103%, 85–100%, and 85–105% at the respective dilutions; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 87–93%, 83–98%, and 82–98%; and heparin plasma (n=5) shows 80–95%, 85–94%, and 81–97%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 96% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma, with recovery ranges of 85–100%, 90–102%, and 87–102% respectively.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop-reaction absorbance reading at 450 nm. Components supplied include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled antibody (100X), HRP-streptavidin conjugate (100X, SABC), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers, and a technical manual.
