Mouse Sclerostin (Sost) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of sclerostin in mouse samples. It is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Sclerostin.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Linearity has been characterised at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (94-124%), EDTA plasma (92-108%) and heparin plasma (86-113%), with recovery ranging from 80-90% in serum and 80-92% in plasma.
