Mouse Sclerostin domain-containing protein 1 (Sostdc1) ELISA Kit

Functionally, SOSTDC1, also known as Ectodermal BMP inhibitor, Ectodin, Sclerostin-like protein, USAG-1, Sostl and Usag1, enhances Wnt signaling, inhibits TGF-beta signaling, and directly antagonises BMP2, BMP4, BMP6 and BMP7 in a dose-dependent manner, making the kit a useful tool for studies of bone biology and related physiological processes.
