The Mouse SCF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures Stem Cell Factor (also known as KITLG and c-Kit ligand), a critical cytokine involved in hematopoietic stem cell maintenance, melanogenesis, gametogenesis, and mast cell biology. Using matched capture and detection antibodies on a pre-coated microplate, the kit delivers reproducible quantitation of endogenous mouse SCF across multiple sample matrices.

With a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL and a standard curve detection range of 31.2 to 2000 pg/mL, the kit enables accurate measurement of endogenous SCF in research samples.
