Mouse sCD146/Soluble Cluster of Differentiation 146 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of soluble cluster of differentiation 146 (sCD146) in mouse specimens, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double antibody format with colorimetric detection. It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. sCD146 is implicated in inflammation, immune response, and cell adhesion, and serves as a biomarker in autoimmune disease, infections, and cancer research. Reported linearity values for serum (n=5) are 93–101% at 1:2, 91–104% at 1:4, and 86–101% at 1:8; EDTA plasma values are 85–101%, 85–99%, and 82–101%; and heparin plasma values are 86–96%, 87–93%, and 82–92%. Recovery ranges are 87–103% for serum (average 92%), 85–103% for EDTA plasma (average 94%), and 92–99% for heparin plasma (average 95%). Kit reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
