Mouse sCD100/soluble Cluster of differentiation 100 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the accurate quantification of soluble cluster of differentiation 100 (sCD100) in mouse samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a colorimetric readout and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Validated serum linearity (n = 5) is 99–105% at 1:2, 83–95% at 1:4, and 88–100% at 1:8, with comparable performance reported for EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Recovery averages are 93% in serum and 95% in heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
