Mouse SAA2/Serum amyloid A-2 protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate measurement of SAA2 (Serum Amyloid A-2 protein) in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm, and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n = 5 per matrix) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported, alongside recovery ranges of 90-101% (average 95%) for serum, 87-97% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma and 87-103% (average 96%) for heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
