Mouse S1PR5/ EDG8 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for quantitative detection of mouse S1PR5 (EDG8) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. S1PR5 (EDG8) is a member of the S1P receptor family and plays a role in cellular signaling pathways, with involvement in processes such as cell migration, proliferation, and survival. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich configuration combined with biotin–streptavidin amplification and TMB substrate for colorimetric readout, offering high sensitivity and specificity. The protocol includes incubation steps at 37 °C, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after stop solution is added. Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL, with an assay range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 85–98% (average 91%) for serum, 85–104% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–103% (average 98%) for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8 °C and remains stable for 12 months.
