Mouse S1P3/EDG5 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of S1P3, also known as EDG5, in mouse samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. S1P3 is a receptor that mediates sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) signalling, contributing to cell migration, proliferation, and angiogenesis, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.

The assay uses a sandwich ELISA, double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. Sensitivity is 37.5 pg/mL and the standard curve range is 62.5-4000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 87-104%, 85-104% and 90-99% respectively; EDTA plasma values are 87-101%, 83-100% and 83-100%, and heparin plasma 85-97%, 89-99% and 88-95%. Average recovery is 99% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma and 91% for heparin plasma. Following colour development with TMB substrate, absorbance is read at 450 nm. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C and remains stable for 12 months.
