Mouse S1P2/EDG5 ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate measurement of S1P2 (EDG5) levels in mouse research samples, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric readout and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL with a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 86-105%, 82-101% and 81-99% for serum (n=5); 91-104%, 82-96% and 80-98% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 92-102%, 85-101% and 89-100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery spans 89-105% (average 98) for serum (n=5), 93-103% (average 96) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 85-105% (average 93) for heparin plasma (n=5). The protocol uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm, following sequential incubations at 37°C with biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin conjugate.
