Mouse S100A9 (S100 Calcium Binding Protein A9) CLIA Kit (MOES00609)

From Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence-based CLIA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse S100A9 (S100 Calcium Binding Protein A9) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, using a Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse S100A9, and the assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody with an Avidin-HRP conjugate; the Relative light unit (RLU) value measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is positively associated with Mouse S100A9 concentration.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, with an assay time of 3.5h and a sample volume of 100 μL. Reproducibility is described as both intra-CV and inter-CV < 15%. Reported recovery is 90-106% (serum, n=5), 83-98% (EDTA plasma, n=5), and 93-105% (cell culture media, n=5), with average recoveries of 96%, 90% and 98% respectively. Linearity has been characterised across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and cell culture media (n=5 each), with average recoveries ranging 91-107%. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse S100A9 and analogues was observed.
