From Assay Genie, this 96-assay configuration pairs a dismountable 8x12 strip microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-streptavidin conjugate (each supplied as 120 uL of 100X concentrate), 10 mL of TMB substrate, 20 mL of sample diluent buffer, and two vials of lyophilized recombinant standard. Reported validation data show intra-assay CV below 8% and inter-assay CV below 10%, with linear dilution behavior across 1:2 to 1:8 in serum (89-101% recovery), EDTA plasma (84-105%), and heparin plasma (82-101%); spike-and-recovery runs returned averages of 97% in serum, 99% in EDTA plasma, and 92% in heparin plasma. No significant cross-reactivity has been observed with related S100 family analogues or with recombinant calcyclin from non-murine species, supporting use of the mouse-specific capture antibody in co-culture supernatant work and xenograft lysate profiling.
