Mouse S100A11 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of S100A11 levels in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL.

S100A11 (also known as S100 calcium-binding protein A11, Calgizzarin, MLN70, or S100C; UniProt P50543) is involved in cell signalling and regulation, with roles in proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Abnormal levels have been associated with cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurological conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for research. The assay uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), TMB substrate development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.

Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls within 82-97% / 92-97% / 89-105% (serum), 92-97% / 90-101% / 83-100% (EDTA plasma), and 83-96% / 83-94% / 84-100% (heparin plasma). Recovery ranges are 94-102% in serum, 87-100% in EDTA plasma, and 90-104% in heparin plasma, with corresponding averages of 93%, 91%, and 96%. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
