Mouse S100A10 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie configured for the quantitative measurement of S100A10 in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody format and is reactive with mouse, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is listed as 86-93%, 82-97% and 89-99% for serum (n = 5), 90-99%, 86-101% and 82-96% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 86-104%, 91-100% and 80-99% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Spike-and-recovery is given as 85-101% (average 92%) for serum (n = 5), 92-105% (average 100%) for EDTA plasma (n = 5) and 87-104% (average 93%) for heparin plasma (n = 5).
