Mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A6 (S100A6) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay for mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A6 (S100A6), also called calcyclin, from Assay Genie. S100A6 is a member of the S100 EF-hand calcium-binding protein family and participates in cell proliferation, cytoskeletal dynamics, and calcium-dependent signaling. The kit supports research in oncology, dermatology, and neuroscience, where S100A6 expression is studied as a marker of proliferation and disease progression in murine models.

The kit is supplied as a complete reagent set sufficient for 96 individual measurements in a microplate format and produces a colorimetric readout on standard laboratory plate readers.
