Mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A10 (S100A10) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A10 (S100A10), a small EF-hand calcium-binding protein of approximately 11 kDa, also known as p11, calpactin I light chain, or annexin A2 ligand. S100A10 forms a heterotetrameric (annexin A2)2·(S100A10)2 complex at the cell membrane and regulates the surface trafficking of channels such as TASK-1, Nav1.8, and TRPV5, as well as the tissue plasminogen activator receptor. Aberrant S100A10 expression is reported in several cancers, including acute promyelocytic leukemia, renal cell carcinoma, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, supporting its use as a biomarker in translational research.

Each assay pack contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate, and wash buffer. The capture antibody is specific to mouse S100A10, with no significant cross-reactivity observed with other S100 family members. The standard assay requires a sample volume of 100 uL per well, and the product is supplied for research use only.
