Mouse S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (Skp2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA for the quantitative detection of mouse S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (Skp2), an F-box component of the SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase complex implicated in cell cycle regulation and cancer biology. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids, recognising both natural and recombinant mouse SKP2.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.175 ng/mL. Precision is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 8.3% and an inter-assay CV of 10.0%. Dilutional linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions (N=5), with observed ranges of 81–110%, 92–112% and 84–117% respectively. Spike-and-recovery performance gives an average of 88% (range 82–94%) in serum and 90% (range 84–96%) in plasma.
