Mouse Runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of Mouse Runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) in mouse samples. The assay has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Runx2 — also known by synonyms such as Acute myeloid leukemia 3 protein, Core-binding factor subunit alpha-1, Osteoblast-specific transcription factor 2 (OSF-2), CBF-alpha-1 and PEBP2-alpha A — is a nuclear transcription factor essential for osteoblastic differentiation, osteoblast maturation, and both intramembranous and endochondral ossification. The kit demonstrates a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.32ng/mL, intra-assay CV of 6.4% and inter-assay CV of 8.7%, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Runx2. Reported recovery is 95% (range 89-101%) for serum and 97% (range 91-103%) for plasma.
