Reported linearity values for serum at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 89-102%, 82-100% and 81-97%; for EDTA plasma, 89-105%, 83-101% and 85-100%; and for heparin plasma, 86-98%, 94-101% and 87-99%. Mean recovery is 96% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma.
