Mouse RNASET2 (Ribonuclease T2) ELISA Kit (MOES01449)

RNASET2 is a T2-family lysosomal acid ribonuclease that cleaves single-stranded RNA, with established roles in rRNA processing, extracellular RNA clearance, and innate immune signaling. In mouse models, loss of Rnaset2 recapitulates the cystic white-matter leukoencephalopathy observed in human patients carrying biallelic RNASET2 mutations, supporting the use of this analyte as a biomarker in neuroinflammation and lysosomal-storage studies.

This Assay Genie kit uses a Mouse-specific capture antibody raised against recombinant murine RNASET2, providing selective quantification in mouse-derived specimens. Recommended sample loading is 100 uL per well, with matrix-appropriate dilution factors described in the protocol insert. Standards are supplied as a lyophilized calibration series for preparation of a multi-point standard curve, and the microplate arrives pre-blocked and ready to use.

Kit contents include the pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Unused strips should be sealed in the foil pouch with desiccant and refrigerated to preserve antibody activity.
