Mouse Ribose-5-phosphate isomerase (Rpia) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of mouse Ribose-5-phosphate isomerase (Rpia), a key enzyme of the pentose phosphate pathway with roles in glucose metabolism and nucleotide biosynthesis. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and uses a colorimetric detection method, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Ribose-5-phosphate isomerase. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
