Mouse Rho-related GTP-binding protein Rho6 (Rnd1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Mouse Rho-related GTP-binding protein Rho6 (Rnd1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format immunoassay designed to quantify Rnd1, also known as Rho family GTPase 1 or Rho6, in mouse samples. It uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method, with a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.444ng/mL.

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Rho-related GTP-binding protein Rho6. Rnd1 is a Rho-family GTPase that lacks intrinsic GTPase activity, constitutively binds GTP, and controls rearrangements of the actin cytoskeleton, inducing Rac-dependent neuritic process formation through disruption of cortical actin filaments. The protein localises to the cell membrane (cytoplasmic side), cytoplasm and cytoskeleton, and is reported to bind GRB7 and PLXNB1 and interact with PLXNA2 and UBXD5.
