Mouse Rho-associated protein kinase 2 (Rock2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Rho-associated protein kinase 2 (Rock2), also referenced as Rho-associated, coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 2, Rho-associated, coiled-coil-containing protein kinase II, p164 ROCK-2 and ROCK-II. The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Rho-associated protein kinase 2.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.78ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.5% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity has been evaluated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) in serum and 102% (range 96-108%) in plasma.
